A recent service update for Admin service impacted PAC service. Customers retrieving dynamic PAC files during this window may have seen those requests fail during the 9 minute window. Browsing through MSIP for users that had a cached PAC file was not affected. Menlo staff noticed the impact and rolled back the update.
