July 21 2021 1915 UTC Menlo Security Operations and Engineering teams have created a fix for the root cause of the Virginia region performance issues. Patching has been completed for Virginia and California regions and is continuing to roll out to other service regions.
July 23, 2021 Update 0533 UTC Menlo Security Operations completed patching yesterday and no repeat issues were seen during the normal peak traffic in the US regions. The tenants that were shifted away from Virginia have now been shifted back to their normal regions.
