Document Isolation in IE failure Wednesday 17th November 2021 20:41:00


We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Document Isolation.

User using IE may see failures with document isolation.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

We will send an additional update in 30 minutes.

We've resolved document isolation failures for all impacted customers.

0511 UTC We've identified the issue and have reverted apac tenants to 2.81 to mitigate impact and are continuing to review for any other tenants that may be affected.
