Update 08:40 UTC Operations confirmed that service has been restored and traffic is now egressing successfully out of Taiwan. Operations will continue to monitor closely.

Update 08:12 UTC Operations continue to work with the provider in Taiwan to restore the egress routing path.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Isolation.

Users utilising the Taiwan egress will experience traffic intermittently routing via alternative routes.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.
