Some tenants in Malaysia are experiencing issues with egress traffic routing directly via Amazon.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

Users in the Virginia area may be experiencing issues connecting to Menlo Security or increased latency as they are directed to other regions.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

Performance issues in sa-east-1 (Sao Paulo)

On Fri 2022-05-20 we received reports of performance issues related to one of our egress clusters in sa-east-1 (Sao Paulo).

The original report indicated that a small portion of users browsing via the sa-east-1 (Sao Paulo) may have experienced connectivity errors if they were configured to access websites via the default bounce cluster.

Investigation by Menlo Security Engineering teams didn't identify any issues in our systems or networks.
