    Service unavailability in the Frankfurt region for some customers

    Menlo Operations is investigating service unavailability in the Frankfurt region for some customers.

  • Menlo Operations has re-enabled the Frankfurt region and will continue to monitor the region.

  • Menlo Operations started the process to roll out the fix and is watching to ensure it is fully in place. The Frankfurt region on the alternate cloud provider will be re-enabled once that is complete.

  • The underlying cause for the issue has been found. Menlo Operations is now in the process of fixing service in the Frankfurt region before re-enabling it.

  • The Frankfurt region in the secondary cloud networking provider has been failed out while Operations continues to investigate. Traffic normally reaching the Frankfurt region will reroute to neighboring regions.

    Singapore region is experiencing network instability.

    Menlo's cloud networking provider in the Singapore region is experiencing network instability which is affecting the service's ability to contact backend services in Americas.

  • We have observed a full recovery of the network outage for the Singapore region. Operations will continue to monitor

  • Network connectivity is working now. Menlo is moving affected customers back to the main cloud networking provider.

  • Tenants using the Singapore cluster have been moved to an alternate cloud networking provider.
