Web Isolation Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Proxy & Isolation.

Users in the US regions may be experiencing failure to load web pages, specifically those browsing via us-east-1 (Virginia)

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

We will send an additional update in 30 minutes.

  • At 11:35 UTC, additional capacity was added into the us-east-1 (Virginia) region and testing confirms that browsing is now working as expected. There is no longer any impact.
