Web Isolation Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Private Access (MPA) service.

Customers using the MPA service may find their App Connectors are unable to establish any tunnels to Menlo, resulting in their private applications being unavailable via the Menlo Security platform.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

Update 14:45 UTC: The Menlo Operations team has confirmed this is related to the issue with the Admin portal earlier today. App Connectors will only retry connecting to the Admin portal a certain number of times, and in some cases this retry limit has been exceeded. Affected customers will need to restart their App Connectors by logging in and issuing the "restart" command on the CLI. Menlo support will be reaching out to affected customers.

Admin Portal Admin portal unavailable

We are currently experiencing a service outage impacting the Menlo Security Admin Portal.

Users will be unable to use the Admin portal, however other Menlo services will continue to function as normal.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

Update: At 12:20 UTC access to the Admin portal is restored, however we are aware of issues with the Insights (analytics) service, and are working to restore this ASAP.

Update: At 12:59 UTC the Admin portal has been fully restored, and Insights are now available.
