Web Isolation Traffic steering client issue

At 2024-02-29 14:47 UTC An issue has been found and is currently under investigation.

Customers using the Traffic Steering service may see a tunnel connection status of "Access Forbidden" in Menlo Security Client, when connecting to any region except for California, Tokyo and Osaka.

    Web Isolation US EAST Web Isolation and Proxy

    Engineering identified and has recovered a network routing incident that impacted traffic US East.

    The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.
